Refund policy

Buyer has the right to inspect said Goods prior to final sale. All sales are as is, where is, Reading, Pennsylvania, with no warranties express or implied as to condition, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Seller shall not be liable under any circumstances for any defects patent, latent, or otherwise.
