Buyer has the right to inspect said Goods prior to final sale. All sales are as is, where is, Reading, Pennsylvania, with no warranties express or implied as to condition, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Seller shall not be liable under any circumstances for any defects patent, latent, or otherwise. The Buyer acknowledges that no guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied by the Seller regarding the condition, quality or fitness for any purpose of the Goods. The buyer acknowledges their responsibility to conduct such inspections and inquiries as they deem appropriate prior to purchase.

 

I acknowledge that all sales are final.

Customers may arrange their own freight, or PPB Equipment can coordinate freight on their behalf. If PPB Equipment coordinates freight, freight charges will be quoted and billed separately after checkout.
